Instructions
  1. Prepare all your ingredients.
  2. Make the dressing. In a large non-reactive container, whisk together the oil, garlic, vinegar, dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
  3. Toast the bread cubes. First, preheat toaster oven (or oven) to 350° F. Next, brush olive oil on bread cubes and sprinkle with salt—toast for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, add tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, olives, and basil. Toss with 1/2 of the dressing.
  5. Add toasted bread cubes and the remainder of the dressing. Toss together and serve immediately. Adjust with salt and pepper. Enjoy!
